Follow this simple tutorial on how to use HOLA.

1. Connect Store
If you have Shopify, it’s easy to integrate your shop with HOLA. Follow the steps on our Integrations page.

2. Connect Products

Go to the Product section and connect your store products with HOLA products.

3. Sync Orders

After you connect products, all your connected products orders will sync to section Unpaid Orders--Awaiting Process;
Unconnected products orders will keep at section Unpaid Orders--Unconnected Orders.

4. Choose Logistics

Once orders synced, the system will automatically match the lowest price logistics method for you. You can choose your preferred shipping method. The total price (including the shipping costs) will show up afterward.

5. Add to Cart and Pay

To pay for your orders, you can use PayPal, Payoneer or HOLA wallet.

6. After-Sales Services

Select ship to Country, product Property, put product Weight to calculate shipping cost, shipping methods and estimated delivery time.

We only charge product cost+shipping cost for your orders. No hidden fee!

You can pay via PayPal and Payoneer.

For Payoneer: If you recharge your wallet with $2000, you will get a $20 bonus directly into your HOLA wallet.

Warehousing & Fulfillment

Yes, we have three warehouses. One in the United States and two in China: Shenzhen and Hangzhou. We have a total of 20,000 square meters of inventory space.

Yes, we provide free storage for FREE.

We can ship anywhere in the world that China Post can reach. We’ve collaborated with many shipping agents who have express delivery services.

All tracking numbers are synced to your store automatically. You can check the tracking numbers of your orders in real-time.

For new products, before dispatching, our processing time is around 3-5 days.

When you have stable orders daily, we will prepare some inventory for you to shorten the processing time. The stable orders processing time is 1-2 days.

Tips: We have quality inspection, and we can offer you photos and videos of the products to Whatsapp/Skype group.
