Scenario 2: Products Are Out of Stock
If items are running low or unavailable, we immediately create a purchase list for our procurement team.
They will source products from local manufacturers and arrange delivery to our warehouse.
Once supplier parcels arrive, the following steps occur:
a. Goods Receiving
Packages typically arrive within 1–3 days, depending on supplier distance.
After confirming package integrity, staff assigns barcodes and forwards all items to the Quality Inspection Department.
b. Quality Inspection
Every item undergoes stringent quality checks. Inspectors scan barcodes to verify specifications such as color, size, function, and confirm consistency with our system records.
Products then undergo two rounds of inspection to eliminate defects and ensure quality.
c. Weight Measurement
After inspection, products are weighed to determine accurate gross weight, which helps calculate the exact shipping fee.
d. Stock-In Process
Once approved, products move to storage.
Staff scans product and shelf barcodes to record accurate stock-in data, ensuring proper inventory tracking.
