HOLA Authorization and Commitment Agreement

You are about to log in and authorize your sales store(s) using your HOLA Account. Before clicking “Agree”, please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree with this authorization, this commitment, or any of the terms herein, you should immediately stop the login process or log out.
By clicking “Agree,” you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this Authorization Letter and Commitment Letter.

Whereas HOLAdropshipping (hereinafter “HOLA”) has connected to the service marketplace and open-platform systems of various sales service platforms (hereinafter “the Sales Platform”), and in order to access and use the products and services to be sold (hereinafter “the Services”), you (whether an individual or business entity) hereby agree to authorize HOLA and the Sales Platform as follows:

1. Authorization to Access Store Data

When you purchase or use the Services provided by HOLA, you agree and authorize HOLA to access your Sales Platform account and the store- or system-related data associated with such account through the open-platform data interfaces provided by the Sales Platform.
The specific scope of data access will depend on the Services you select and the data interfaces required to enable HOLA’s functionalities.

If you refuse to grant such authorization, you may be unable to properly use the Services, and HOLA may be unable to perform the corresponding service obligations.
The Sales Platform will grant HOLA access to data interfaces based on the principle of minimum necessity required to provide the relevant Services.

You authorize the Sales Platform to open to HOLA the following types of data interfaces, including but not limited to:

1. Product Scenario
• Authorized Data: Product content and marketing information.
• Scope of Use: Listing, deleting, and editing products in your store; managing store product data.

2. Transaction Scenario
• Authorized Data: Desensitized transaction data, seller product and order information, consignee transaction information.
• Scope of Use: Synchronizing product order and consignee information for fulfillment, delivery, and shipping updates.

2. Data Provision to the Sales Platform

When you purchase Services from HOLA, you authorize HOLA to provide your order information, product pricing information, downstream platform transaction information, and other necessary data to the Sales Platform as required to enable the corresponding service functions.

3. Responsibility of the Sales Platform

The Sales Platform is independently responsible for the quality, security, and performance of its website and software.
If your rights or interests are harmed due to vulnerabilities, defects, malfunctions, viruses, or other issues arising from the Sales Platform or its software, you may request HOLA’s assistance in coordination; however, HOLA shall not bear liability for any consequences resulting from your login to or use of the Sales Platform’s website or software.

4. Data Retention and Clearing

To protect your rights and interests, HOLA will periodically clear store-related data obtained from your Sales Platform account, including order information, shipping addresses, product information, and other related data.

5. Security Reminders

Internet fraud may imitate this login page or create visually similar pages to mislead users into entering account credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information.
HOLA reminds you to remain vigilant and avoid providing your login credentials or sensitive data to any site other than the official HOLA platform or to any unauthorized individuals.
HOLA shall not be responsible for any losses arising from such unauthorized disclosures.
